Our Vision

Friends of Moody Park (FMP)'s vision is to transform Moody Park and the surrounding areas into a vibrant and safe environment, where the community can

come together to play, learn, and connect in a welcoming space where nature thrives. 

Our Mission

Our primary focus is to serve Moody Park. FMP will work with the following entities, including but not limited to: City of Houston, Houston Parks and Recreation Department (HPARD), Harris County, neighborhood groups, and community members to advocate for and help fund infrastructure changes to Moody Park and surrounding areas.
